Foody Thursday – Crepes

We make them so often I don't even know the exact measurements for the ingredients. Don't believe me? Ask my Mom. She keeps making them and good they are!

Don't hate if the measurements are not precise. If this recipe does not work for you – come over, we will bake them together 🙂

3 eggs
6 tbsp of sugar
1 cup mild
pinch of salt
1/4 sunflower oil

mix well – I use either wooden spoon or silicon spatula

add 2 cups of flour, may be more, butter has to be thick enough to get rid of all the lumps.

now start adding more milk, not more the quarter cup at a time. Keep mixing and adding milk (will take about 3-4 cups)

Don't get confused by the quantity of butter in this bowl – it was almost full.

Time to start frying. I use 2 pans at a time. Could probably use 4, but only have 2 of the same size.
I have a feeling, I will have to make a video for the folks who never did it before 🙂
But, just pictures for now!
Bon appetite!
