Getting an on-line request yesterday – showing for so and so condo, downtown Toronto.
Calling back, trying to ask some pre-qualifying questions:
– What date would you like to move?
– I don't know yet
-Well, we are in May now, would this be mid-June or July.
– No-no, this is too soon, can I just see the appartment?
– Of course you could see it, but are you thinking of renting?
– Are you thinking of buying in this building and like to get an idea?
-Then why would you want to see it?
– I just want to see it.
Now, I am a little concerned. Does something in my appearance suggest that I would drive downtown, pay for the parking, not to mention the wonderful traffic, just so someone "will see it" ? Seriously, do I look like a free adult entertainer?

When I look at the art works by Ruth Greer I get a feeling that Audrey Hepburn could walk into a picture any second with her "Wouln't it be Loverly". England and France what do they have in common? Really weird way of thinking, but, well, may be you could answer this question. Why?
It is not uncommon this days for the offer to be faxed, or more often e-mailed to the listing agent. In my firm belief this not just shows the poor presentation of the buyer client bt might create complications in the offer negotiation process.
